Candidate selection
  • two rounds of application review (by selection team) based in consideration of applicants' abilities and qualifications by area -selections will be made based on requirements set by each team and the hiring needs of the company.
interview First-round interview
  • (executive team administrator group) Interviewer : team leader of selection committee for each field
  • Interview method : group interview
  • Interview time : about 20 minutes per group
  • Evaluation criteria : major and knowledge of business, presentation skills, English fluency, overall critical abilities
Second-round interview
  • (business team administrator group) Interviewer : top business executives and company authorities
  • Interview method : both group and private interviews
  • Interview time : about 20 minutes per group
  • Evaluation criteria : overall consideration of field of application, professionalism, personality, aptitude, values, suitability for company
